Daniel Juel Larsen is an attorney in the real estate and construction department.

Daniel works with the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, real estate project development, commercial lease law and conducts court and arbitration cases regarding all types of disputes in relation to real estate, including defects. Daniel conducts several cases of isolated taking of evidence and expert opinions every year.

In addition, Daniel provides advice to housing associations, be it owners' associations and cooperative housing associations, both in relation to renovation and construction projects and in relation to more association law matters and disputes in this regard.

Daniel trained as a lawyer at the Copenhagen law firm LIND, where he worked with real estate, commercial tenancy law and not least insolvency. Daniel's interest in insolvency means that he assists the insolvency department at GALST on an ad hoc basis, especially in relation to issues involving real estate in one way or another.
